This is the vision United Synergies has for future communities, families and individuals. As PBF Australia’s newest corporate member, it was very clear to us that our purpose is a shared one – dedicating everything we do to building better lives.
United Synergies is a not for profit organisation established in 1989 on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Originally they were set up to assist young homeless people under a project known as the Noosa Accommodation Project (NAP). Today United Synergies focus on those who are vulnerable as they face the challenges of changing circumstances and life stages.
Their services are underpinned by a philosophy of personalised pathways targeting an individual’s needs and desired outcomes. United Synergies workforce currently supports almost 4000 people annually in the areas of:
- Mental Health
- Child and Family Relationships
- Support After Suicide
These services are delivered across Southern Queensland from their sites in Tewantin, Maroochydore, Toowoomba and Caboolture.
Welcome to the PBF family United Synergies, we look forward to a long and productive relationship helping those who need it the most.
