Gifts & Sponsorship

Paraplegia and quadriplegia are among the most expensive chronic injuries a person can face.

Some people with spinal cord injury struggle to provide themselves with all the necessary supplies and equipment. Since 1996, PBF has gifted more than $700,000 to such people.

Our gifting program buys equipment for people with permanent spinal cord injuries to enhance their freedom or quality of life, or to help them get back to work or study.

As PBF relies on donations to fund the gifting program, there are several criteria for applications to the program.

We are also proud of our sponsorship of sporting events for the spinal injured community.

Finding a cure for permanent paralysis following spinal injury is important to PBF, so we make significant donations to university research projects across Australia.

We also give gifts to spinal units around the country, to make the experience of patients and their families as comfortable as possible, and to help staff keep up-to-date with the latest developments in spinal injury management.

If you or your company/organisation would like to make a donation to PBF, please see our donation page.

If your organisation would like to hold a fundraising event with the proceeds going to PBF please contact us for more information.

Your donation will help PBF continue to fund all of its valuable programs.
