- Mitchell Corp’s membership enabled PBF to buy voice recognition software for a young man, Crispin Roberts, (pictured right) who had become a quadriplegic playing rugby. Crispin had been studying to be a journalist prior to his accident, and this gift enabled him to continue his studies.
- PBF arranged for Mitchell Corp’s staff to present Crispin’s gift, and secured excellent mass-media coverage of the event. Mitchell Corp has since invited Crispin to be an occasional guest journalist on their newsletter, to the delight of their staff.
- In the latest joint initiative, Mitchell Corp is providing fuel sponsorship for regional community transport organisations. PBF has happily assumed coordination responsibilities for this benevolent gesture, on behalf of Mitchell Corp.
- Mitchell Corp makes extensive use of PBFPREVENTION - workplace presentations, using them at their sites around the country, to motivate their staff to follow the company’s safety guidelines.
