Workplace

PBFPREVENTION - workplace is an inspirational and motivational program that encourages workers to participate in workplace safety initiatives. This unique program provides workers with first hand experience of a workplace injury and demonstrates the consequences of unsafe workplace behaviours.

The program is delivered in a one hour session involving a powerful and inspirational testimony from a person who sustained a spinal cord injury through a workplace incident. This is supported by the video ‘What are the consequences?' which features the stories of four Australians, who have sustained a spinal cord injury through a workplace incident.

The program has been developed and trialled in close consultation with the IFAP who have now included it as a component in their Certificate IV Safety Practitioner Course and their Health and Safety Representatives Course.
