It focuses on delivering greater value to our members, strengthening meaningful partnerships, embracing innovation and ensuring PBF remains a sustainable organisation that continues to support Australians affected by spinal cord injury for generations to come.

Supporting this strategy is a refreshed set of organisational values that will guide every decision we make and every interaction we have.

These values reflect the culture we want to foster, the way we work together and the experience we want every member, partner and stakeholder to have when engaging with PBF.
