Looking Ahead – Our Strategy and Values
Back
30 July 2026
PBF Australia has always been driven by purpose, and as we continue to evolve, we’ve taken the opportunity to refresh our strategy and organisational values to ensure they reflect who we are today and where we’re heading tomorrow.
Our refreshed strategy provides a clear direction for the future. It focuses on delivering greater value to our members, strengthening meaningful partnerships, embracing innovation and ensuring PBF remains a sustainable organisation that continues to support Australians affected by spinal cord injury for generations to come.
Supporting this strategy is a refreshed set of organisational values that will guide every decision we make and every interaction we have.
These values reflect the culture we want to foster, the way we work together and the experience we want every member, partner and stakeholder to have when engaging with PBF.
You’ll begin to see our strategy and values reflected across our programs, partnerships and communications as we continue building a contemporary, trusted and purpose-driven organisation over the coming years
