Preparing for the Future

untitled-1

Developing new safety education programs…

There has been demand for our education programs for over 20 years in a face-to-face format. We remain confident that this demand will continue once the COVID-19 crisis eases and people return to their schools, clubs and workplaces in numbers. No one knows what the ‘new normal’ will be, but events and presentations could be changed forever.  It is therefore essential that PBF Australia quickly identifies new ways of working and generating revenue so that we can continue to provide ongoing employment opportunities for our presenters beyond the government assistance packages.

We can’t simply wait until we are able to deliver our traditional presentations again as we are motivated to provide our presenters with meaningful work to carry out to give them purpose to their days and weeks. We don’t think our important safety education can wait, as we know that spinal cord injuries (SCI) are continuing to happen every day.  Indicative figures show average admissions for SCI are on par with the same period last year.

We have been working hard behind the scenes on new ways to deliver our safety presentations and now look forward to working with organisations to deliver tailor-made online injury prevention programs. We are also ready to visit you in your workplaces whenever possible!
